Friends of Garibaldi Park
Making a 'Stewardship Commitment' to Garibaldi Park
We are a non-profit, non-charitable group who are passionate about our world class Provincial Parks system and are looking for a means to assist restoring facilities and provide awareness of all protected Park values.  Our focus is Garibaldi Provincial Park, British Columbia since our resources are limited and the need is urgent.  Time is taking its toll on the fragile meadows.   While realizing that natural evolution stems from an intact environment, the vital importance of Conservation objectives cannot be understated. When ecological integrity is protected, all ecosystems thrive.
Every effort will be made to uphold that goal.

The Friends of Garibaldi Park Society would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Jeff Clark of Clark Geomatics Corp. who has generously donated several Garibaldi Park Maps maps for our ongoing use in the park. Geomatics has also just published the Garibaldi Park Map for Iphone/ipad as well and it only sells for $1.99! You don't need cell reception to navigate if you have a GPS receiver, This means you don't need to be connected to the internet to look at the map. Details at www.clarkgeomatics.ca/ios.html
